Authentication Failed Error

If you receive an authentication error when adding a workspace:

  • Ensure you copied both xoxc and xoxd tokens correctly
  • Make sure you're logged into the correct Slack workspace
  • Try refreshing your Slack page and copying the tokens again
  • Check that your tokens haven't expired (they may need renewal after logout)

Status Not Updating

If your Slack status isn't staying green:

  • Verify your schedule is enabled in the Schedule settings
  • Check that the current time is within your active hours
  • Ensure your workspace is marked as active in API Keys
  • Your tokens may have expired - try updating them

Security & Privacy

Your security is our priority:

  • All tokens are encrypted before storage
  • We never store your Slack messages or access private data
  • You can delete your data at any time from Settings
  • We only update your presence status, nothing else
