Teams sets you Away after about 5 idle minutes, and there is no setting for that timer, for you or your admin. The lock, sleep, duration and web settings that do change when you turn yellow.

We checked as the Primary Owner of a Free workspace: the admin analytics show workspace totals only, and the access-log and analytics APIs refuse. On Enterprise, admins see a daily search count.
