If you use a company ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude or Microsoft 365 Copilot account, your employer can usually read your chats. On ChatGPT Business they cannot by default. On a personal account they cannot open your history, but a work laptop can still record what you type.

Teams sets you Away after about 5 idle minutes, and there is no setting for that timer, for you or your admin. The lock, sleep, duration and web settings that do change when you turn yellow.

No. Slack gives admins no record of your search terms. We checked as the Primary Owner of a Free workspace: the admin analytics show workspace totals only, and the access-log and analytics APIs refuse. On Enterprise, admins see a daily search count. Slack does not ping anyone when you leave a channel, but it posts a line saying you left, unless an admin turned join and leave messages off.
