ExcelやGoogleスプレッドシートのセルをコピーしてSlackのメッセージに貼ると、タブ区切りのテキストが本物の表になります。上限は20列、100行、10,000文字(2026年10月6日に検証)。コードブロック、キャンバスの表、Block Kitのtable blockと、試して出たエラーもまとめました。

We uploaded six workspace icons to a test Slack workspace: 100 px, 1024 px, a wide image, a transparent PNG and two oversize files. What Slack accepted, what it stored, and how to remove an icon.

Working PowerShell for Slack: Invoke-RestMethod to a webhook, chat.postMessage with a bot token, Block Kit, and a file upload. Every script was run in PowerShell 7.6.6 against a real Slack workspace, with its output.

Slackは2026年10月、保存したメッセージを「後で」からサイドバーの「ブックマークに登録済み」(英語表示ではSaved)に、リマインダーをTo-Doタブに移しました。保存が誰に見えるか、リマインダーが何をするか、保存したメッセージが削除されるとどうなるかを試しました。

見られません。Slackは管理者に検索語の記録を渡しません。フリーのワークスペースのプライマリーオーナーとして確かめると、管理者向けの分析はワークスペース全体の合計だけで、アクセスログと分析のAPIは拒否されました。Enterpriseでは1日の検索回数が見えます。自分の最近の検索がどこに残るかと、管理者に見えるほかのものもまとめました。

Slackの検索演算子で結果を絞り込めます。in:#チャンネル、from:@名前、with:@名前、before:、after:、on:、during:、has::絵文字:、is:saved、has:pin、is:thread、"フレーズ"、-単語、rep*。すべての修飾子を例と日付の書き方つきでまとめ、実際に試しました。

Slackで箇条書きにするには、行の先頭に * か - とスペースを入力するか、Cmd+Shift+8を押します。試したところ、Tabで5段階まで入れ子にでき、マークアップモードではリストにならず、APIのmrkdwnにはリストがない一方、markdownブロックにはありました。

デスクトップでは環境設定、通知、Sounds & appearanceで、スマホでは通知、サウンドでSlackの通知音を変えます。Slackの中のファイルから13の音を測り、デスクトップの音がアカウントについてくる理由、音声ファイルを差し替えるとアプリが壊れる理由もまとめました。

Macではログイン項目からSlackを外し、Windowsではタスクマネージャーで無効にします。Macの手順をmacOS 26.5.2で試し、Slack 4.52.171の起動処理のコードを読んで、Slackがまた起動してくる理由を説明します。

有料プランはワークスペースがあるかぎりメッセージを保持します。フリーでは、投稿の多いチャンネルでちょうど90日前までのメッセージが見え、それより古いものは出てきませんでした。実際の設定画面と選択肢も載せています。

Slackがスレッドの返信を通知するのは、フォローしているスレッドだけです。スレッドのフォロー、フォローの解除、チャンネルのFollow every threadをウェブ版で試し、それぞれの場所と動きをまとめました。
